چکیده

The health effects of heavy solid fuel use in winter rural China are concern. air pollution resulting from domestic combustion households on homemakers’ biomarkers were revealed this study. In total, 75 female homemakers areas Guanzhong Basin, the Fenwei Plain, People’s Republic China, randomly selected and divided into three groups (biomass users, coal nonusers user [control group]). differences biological indicators, including 8-hydrox-2?-deoxyguanosine (8-OHdG), interlukin-6 (IL-6), tumor necrosis factor-alpha (TNF-?) urine samples as well blood pressure (BP, systolic BP [SBP] diastolic [DBP]) heart rate (HR) among summer investigated using statistical analysis. IL-6, 8-OHdG, HR, SBP, DBP significantly higher than (P < 0.05) owing to poor quality resulted excessive fuels winter. Significant seasonal 8-OHdG observed for both biomass users. After influence confounders was removed, only IL-6 levels users that control group. is a sensitive biomarker representing inflammatory responses particulate matter emitted through household combustion. Locally, posed serious PM2.5 area adverse these induced DNA damage related oxidative stress.
